Special Issue Dedicated to Professor Vijay Gupta

Vijay Gupta, well-known Indian mathematician presently working as Professor of Mathematics at Netaji Subhas University of Technology. He was born on October 9, 1962 at Dehradun, the capital of Uttrakhand in India. The journal General Mathematics is planning a special issue in honor of Prof Vijay Gupta on the occasion of his sixtieth birthday. Professor Vijay Gupta worked globally with many well-known researchers globally. He has published more than 335 papers and ten books till date, with topics covering a very broad spectrum. Much of the work of Gupta’s centers around the linear positive operators, he worked on different problems dealing with applications of quantum calculus, convergence estimations, rate of approximation in real and complex setting, difference estimates etc.

This Special Issue will consist of communications, original research articles, and review articles covering different aspects related to Real and Functional Analysis, Inequalities, Approximation Theory.

 

Manuscripts should be submitted online at email: anamaria.acu@ulbsibiu.ro.  Manuscripts can be submitted until the deadline. All submissions that pass pre-check are peer-reviewed.
